Evaluation of energy policy and programs is essential to developing effective policy and to understanding the impacts of policy and program implementation. The International Energy Policy and Program Evaluation Community (IEPPEC) is building on the success of endeavours in the U.S.A. (since the 1980’s) and Europe in building an influential forum and community of evaluators.
